It’s The First Edition Of GeorgiaPol Radio Podcast
Friday kicked off the first edition of GeorgiaPol Radio on WGST. Rich “Sully” Sullivan is gracious enough to allow us an opportunity to talk about the political goings on in our state for an hour on Fridays each week. This week, a lot of discussion was around the convening of the 2016 session of the Georgia General Assembly. Didn’t get a chance to listen or want to hear it again? We’ve got you covered!
- Segment 1: Jon and Charlie discuss the speeches from Governor Nathan Deal, Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle, and Speaker David Ralston at the Eggs and Issues breakfast and the State of the State.
- Segment 2: We discuss the proposed assault weapons ban from State Representative Mary Margaret Oliver (D-HD-82).
- Segment 3: A discussion of possible candidates to replace Congressman Lynn Westmoreland in GA-03.
- Segment 4: Discussion on The Pastor Protection Act and other bills dealing with religious liberty.
GeorgiaPol Radio airs every Friday at noon on The Sully Show on WGST 640AM in Atlanta, through your web browser, or from the iHeartRadio mobile app.
