WGST GeorgiaPol Radio – Are We There Yet? Edition
Two. More. Days.
38 Legislative days are behind us. Most of the “major” bills of this session have been handled. Still to come are items that may give a path for limited MARTA expansion and, of course, the budget. Then there’s that little matter of Campus Carry that the Governor has respectfully requested the legislature call a do-over.
In the middle of this, we have a Presidential election going on. Or do we? Is it over? Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
Then there’s the RFRA bill. It’s now in the legislature’s rear view mirror but is simmering on the Governor’s desk. That’s OK, as per one of the speeches in the House the discrimination contained in the bill isn’t that overt. It seems like the state that’s too busy to hate may have found some free time.
So…what are we (Jon, Stefan, and me) actually going to talk about? I don’t know, but like last week I’m just going to keep drinking coffee until noon and we’ll see what comes out. Join us at 640AM or listen live at this link right here.

No secret word?
Probably too late to squeeze in tintinnabulation, huh?
Maybe next week.
