There you go again. A FoxNews OPINION piece trying to make a non-existent connection to Governor Deal’s veto of RFRA to a two-year old California case that has nothing to do with the price of rice in China. California has a state civil rights law. Georgia does not. All else is moot.
People get fired all the time for things they post on Facebook or other activities outside of work. It sounds like they came to question his commitment or ability to perform his duties. Which makes one wonder if there was something amiss regarding his resume/application or interview.
Yep. He didnt give full employment disclosure before his background check. They caught it and rescinded. The offer was conditional upon passing background. He didnt. Case closed.
