Very disturbing video about Hillary on CNN, all should watch. I saw this on a facebook thread today!
https://www.facebook.com/1081327175240237/videos/1187241117982175/?pnref=story
I agree to a point, but smearing a 12 year old rape victim is over the top, and wrong. Her laughing about knowing the guy was guilty is very disturbing.
………1) Polygraph results don’t mean jack. They aren’t admissible as evidence and, as any attorney with an inkling of experience in criminal practice will tell you, they aren’t reliable. From the tape it appears equally, if not more, likely she’s laughing at the reliability of lie detectors……….
We all heard the tape, and even CNN made it clear it appeared, she was laughing about the outcome of the case.
……..2) Clinton was required to provide her client with a competent and vigorous defense. If this case were taking place today, Clinton would not be able to use the victim’s character evidence under modern rape shield laws. Those weren’t in place in the 1960s and, for Clinton, casting doubt upon the victim’s narratives was one of the few routes she had available to her……..
Nothing in the law forced her Hillary to make vulgar claims against a 12 year old girl.
Andrew,
You are the lawyer, and I respect you. This seems way out of bounds!
From Daily Beast story:
…..In her interview with The Daily Beast, she recounted the details of her attack in 1975 at age 12 and the consequences it had for both her childhood and adult life. A virgin before the assault, she spent five days afterwards in a coma, months recovering from the beating that accompanied the rape, and over 10 years in therapy. The doctors told her she would probably never be able to have children.
Now 52, she has never married or had children.
“I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable with a tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing,” Clinton, then named Hillary D. Rodham, wrote in the affidavit
Clinton also wrote that a child psychologist told her that children in early adolescence “tend to exaggerate or romanticize sexual experiences,” especially when they come from “disorganized families, such as the complainant.”
Is being beaten into a coma Hillary Clinton’s idea of a romanticized sexual experience?
The victim vigorously denied Clinton’s accusations and said there has never been any explanation of what Clinton was referring to in that affidavit. She claims she never accused anyone of attacking her before her rape.
“I’ve never said that about anyone. I don’t know why she said that. I have never made false allegations. I know she was lying,” she said. “I definitely didn’t see older men. I don’t know why Hillary put that in there.”……….
I’m tired of politics, at least for this one day. So, whoever mentioned Gary Larson in a thread a couple of days ago was a genius! Here is my favorite: I hope I copied it correctly.

Ok, I think it came out too small…
Google Far Side, Floating Head of Death and see it in a normal size!
One of my favorites too. He could get great ideas for a “trouble brewing” 2017 calendar from our legislators proposals.
Incase you did not know, Bloom County came back the same time Trump announced last summer. He posts a new strip every few days and some classic ones on Facebook.
Steve is having a identity crisis over the GOP. Bill and Opus lost the primaries for their election. Cutter John has a girl friend, Cozy Fillerup, and her daughter Abby is teaching every one yoga and inner harmony…

I’m not on Facebook. Is that the only place i can see his new stuff?

This release is about a week behind the Facebook release.
This was the April Fool’s strip, after BB announced on Facebook he had just taken over the legal rights of another strip so the illustrator could live a comfortable and lucrative life in his old age.

Just to be clear, all I have to do is go to this gocomics page to see BC?!?!?! Thanks a ton!!! This made my year!!
That’s right. I did the direct link on the first post to the last comic of the series, and I did the April Fools one on the second. If you hit the double back arrow on either you will go all the way back to the July/August start of Bloom County 2015.

A people that look to a Federal leader to resolve every issue should expect it won’t balance over 50 states and 300 million people.
Common sense
Heard Burnie say he is staying in the race because Clinton/Trump choice is lesser of two evils but by Burnie staying in the race is it now the lesser of three evils?
https://www.yahoo.com/news/bernie-hillary-trump-lesser-two-000000187.html
……..Bernie Sanders: Voters see Hillary Clinton as ‘lesser of two evils’ against Donald Trump……
fyi
People can disagree with his politics but he isn’t evil. The other two are craven opportunists at best.
SCOTUS issued opinions in three argued cases this morning, including a case from Georgia, Foster v. Chatman, Warden (pdf file)
Decision by Supreme Court of Georgia is reversed and remanded, 7-1. Opinion by the Chief Justice. Thomas dissents. Alito filed an opinion concurring in the judgment.
The holding: The Court has jurisdiction to review the judgment. The decision that Foster failed to show purposeful discrimination was clearly erroneous.

Hillary will teach Latin America how to really do it.
1. Big Business influence; $20 million
http://nypost.com/2016/05/22/how-corporate-america-bought-hillary-clinton-for-21m/
2. Champion the poor and disenfranchised for the votes
3. Centralize decisions with the Federal government
Do you really think Trump has enough votes in between to carry the day with pissed off Chamber of Commerce party leaders ?
How does Barlow spin this? Will Barlow drop out? 30,000 reasons why Barlow avoided my questions on this issue? Will Brian Kemp do his job?
