I can see his confusion since “we roll like Moses” sounds so 18th century.
Lynch takes herself out of equation. That’s very bad news for Hilly. It isn’t as likely to be politicized now. No way Comey doesn’t recommend an indictment.
Just keeping with the precedent he started by ignoring similar charges against Bill! Why change now?

It would allow clerks to cite religious objections to recuse themselves from issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples, and would protect merchants who refuse services to lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender people. U.S. Reveals Death Toll From Airstrikes Outside War Zones:

The use of a range of estimated civilian deaths underscored the fact that the government often does not know for sure the affiliations of those killed.”
I would like to add that given the fact that we have “killed” the same primary target multiple times that our government has been even more remiss than not knowing the affiliations of the ancillary damage to civilians. It’s one thing to send in Mitch Rapp, quite another to bring Skynet into fruition.
