Closed is better service
To better constituents, the S GA office will be closed Tue-Thurs for training. Regular business hours resume Friday.
So is the South Georgia SOS office only closed to their “better” constituents and therefore open to their “good” and “best” constituents?
Or are they improving customer service by being closed?
Inquiring minds want to know

Seems pretty straightforward to me. The office is taking three days off for training purposes, and will reopen on Friday. There was no more room in the tweet to add any more information.
They missed the key word, like ‘help’ or ‘serve’ and wasted a lot of characters on ‘constituents’.
I figure it’s fairly innocuous. Probably a new system or something where everyone’s attention needs to be focused on the material. I think we’ll survive.
In the bidness world the all hands things are usually “team building” exercises. I can envision them coming back all fired up with a new mission statement or the like. Probably something awe inspiring along the lines of “Kemp for Governor”.
It’s obviously a typo. But, that still leaves us guessing.

Maybe they should consider closing the licensing boards permentaly. They’re pretty much useless anyway. Tits on a bore hog if you ask me.
My 2 of my 3 state licenses disagree with you.
