What’s missing here…o, yah; Trump stories. ( Really need to make this a daily feature and stop trying to ignore it)

The Bad

…and The Ugly
My Crazy Year with Trump

I would like to think that there would eventually be “Trump burnout” as people get tired of seeing and hearing his antics everyday, but I don’t know. Hell’s Kitchen has been on for like 15 years now.
I’m sick of this election…I want it to be over.
But then again…
Interesting week involving interaction with Europeans here, particularly Italians, Greeks and Bulgarians. Concensus, things are very bad in Europe because of their corrupt governments. It is a “dangerous” place. They are extremely proud of the beauty of their countries, their love for the traditions and very sad for the conditions driving those that can, out.
Their observation is that we can’t step back and see that the U.S. is going down that same road slowly with a choice of a crazy man or a corrupt woman. Getting free from corruption is the more “impossible”.
If you are depressed about the state of our government around here, this should make you feel better:

Newly found emails link Clinton’s State Department aids to Clinton Foundation…LOL! Iceberg meet Tip!
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-08-10/latest-hillary-email-scandal-shows-state-department-favors-clinton-foundation
If you don’t see something wrong with the contents in the article I linked, then keep kidding yourself. The Clinton Foundation asking favors of the Clinton State Department? Two months in? She hadn’t even had real time to familiarize herself with the 7th Floor. Is there not even the appearance of a wee bit of conflict of interest? Her staffers assisting Bill’s? Even if they used their own time, one better do a FOIA request to see if they put in for Annual Leave on the days in question.
Go ahead and parse those words. Build the defense. It might sound eerily similar to another Clinton rationalization of “I guess it depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is.” Or to go back to that Environmental Buffoon, Gore, with his “no controlling legal authority.” Yeah, that really works!!
This looks bad. Even you have to admit the optics are damaging.
And why put in a barb about “Putin’s favorite financial blog? The meat of the info in the blog citation came from the Wall Street Journal, hardly a right wing publication. No need to pummel the messenger.
These releases are a little bit like Chinese Water Torture. Drip, drip, drip…
All the while causing those precious few undecided voters to further question her honesty and truthfulness.
I’ll grant you Trump’s statements are politically stupid at times. I find myself cringing almost twice a day it seems.
So, it’s up to Trump’s insensitive mouth v Hillary’s indefensible past actions and see if people care. And just to give your side their due, I’m betting they won’t. Bad for the country. But that’s only MY opinion.
But, taking in early voting times and all, I’m betting on more damaging email leaks, culminating with a pretty bad Late September Surprise. I’m thinking the Clinton campaign has truckloads of Lomotil and Tums on hand.
Don’t forget about Vince Foster.
Our country is strong enough to withstand this sort of undermining.
I hope.
Jeez, this isn’t even perceived “impartial” anymore….

False equivalence. Who would treat the face of day to day rantings and subsequent explanations of an egotist absent the temperament, knowledge or experience to lead the US government with much respect. The negativity, obstructionism and persecution complex of a large minority if not majority within an overall minority GOP is running the GOP into the ground at the national level. Much of the GOP’s current power hinges on the distribution of voters—Democrats being more concentrated that Republicans—and a national system that currently favors red state over blue representation.
Charlie gets a big cite on Politico.

Trump could win and never leave NY if he would put some stops under his cannons and focus on the direction he is shooting.
Doesn’t look good as corrupt Hillary has some pearls to toss to the masses.
While we sort out firing an employee for not serving a customer in a hijab….the latest rage is not serving a customer in “brutality” blue…..
