Olens Confirmed to Head KSU
Following several months of rumors, The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported this afternoon that Attorney General Sam Olens will take the helm of Kennesaw State University. Sources anticipate that Chris Carr, Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Economic Development, will be appointed as Attorney General by Governor Deal.
Former KSU President Dan Papp retired in June following an audit which alleged that while he was still working at KSU, he improperly received $577,000 in retirement benefits. Dr. Houston Davis, Chief Academic Officer for the University System of Georgia, has served as Interim President since Papp’s retirement.

Also confirmed that he will be changing his last name to OWLens.
I’m here all week.
Congrats, Sam!
Both are unqualified for respective roles, unfortunately
That’s one less in contention for the 2018 Gov’s race.
