In the 1950’s the Reds changed their name to the Redlegs to avoid accusations they might be associated with Communism. I don’t think there were ever any actual accusations that Commies were trying to subvert the American pastime but you can’t be too careful.
As long as it’s been, we should probably bring back the original Bellamy Salute when reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, too.

Recently, there has been concern that Russia has been trying to hack into the voter databases of various states, allegedly to influence the presidential election…
And yet….
Yesterday, it was announced an NSA contractor had been arrested for supposedly removing classified documents that allow the NSA to….you don’t say?… hack into foreign computer networks.
So…we are accusing Russia of doing the very same thing we are doing—hacking into each other’s computers??
To paraphrase Nixon….”when the US intelligence community does it, that means it isn’t illegal…”
I think the State is going to blow the Harris trial.
Did they show the crime scene photos to the general public or did they block that off from the cameras?

Now you need to find all you anti-socialistic brothers and sisters and explain this whole model thing is just a man made figment of their imagination. They don’t seem to be getting the message based on the number of bumper stickers proclaiming their doubt on the subject clogging up I-16 Thursday afternoon. If they just stuck to the man- made playbook, the traffic for those who have a healthy respect for proven sea level increases and the rise of tides over the last 40 years could have gotten inland faster.
