Godspeed, indeed. Seeing the news about John Glenn makes me want to go back and watch The Right Stuff and From the Earth to the Moon. Again. To quote Bum Phillips, “He might not be in a class by himself, but it shore don’t take long to call roll!” Must have been quite a reception at the Pearly Gates from his fellow Mercury buddies!

We are outnumbered and every day a white person passes, an angry person of color takes their place at the voting precinct. Your Trump vote has put us all in a very dangerous situation because the very fear and anger that drove the creation of the Tea Party is happening now. Young people are looking into more socialism, and less cronyism. Right now, young people are organized and, as we speak, taking over County level positions within the Dems, a program called DemEnter.
Your collective lives are going to get tougher, not better. Make America Great Again™ = Good To the Last Drop™ No one is reporting on retail sales because all the small business owners I now say their December business, is not down, it has vanished.
Most everyone I know is either in a financial bind, or emotional tizzy. Either are used as excuses to not spend.
Is your spending down? Mine isn’t. But we are above top 10% brackets, we good.
Funny thing about being white. In England, Italians are not considered ‘white’. Do you know what is ‘white’? It’s whatever the power elites define it. White is just a word you think means something.

Interesting follow-up to the Michael Slager murder trial in South Carolina. According to the jury foreman ten jurors voted to convict on voluntary manslaughter and two voted not guilty. No one voted for murder.

It’s funny how the same losers who are pushing this “Russia swayed the Election to Trump” fake news story are the same folks who told us for the past year and half that there was no way the Russians could have hacked Hilly’s private, unsecured, bathroom-dwelling server. And to quote Lib Deity Hilly, “What difference – at this point, what difference does it make?”
What this boils down to is the Dems are pissed that their hacked emails from Brazile and Podesta were leaked that showed the Dems to be cheats and in the pocket of the Hillary campaign. No one ever doubted the authenticity of the Dem emails just the fact they were stolen and then revealed. Embarrassing to the Libs? Sure! Did it make them look bad? Sure! Dems are pissed that similarly embarrassing Repub emails weren’t leaked to show Donald in a bad light. Too bad! The Hilly campaign had allies from the media, false allegations from bimbos and many other smear merchants doing every damn thing under the sun to upend Trump. Didn’t work in the end! Too bad. Quit your damn sniveling and try and find your champion to defeat him in 2020.

That’s the point, Drew, the “people” are not upset. The partisans inside the Beltway are. Both Dems and Repubs who just can’t stomach the idea that they got schooled by someone who didn’t play be established rules. The American voters, who saw the media’s collusion with Hilly, just had their views of the Washington septic tank confirmed. The info came from Hilly confidants to be sure, but the information was an accurate depiction of how the Dems spared nothing un an effory to destroy Trump. Throw in the pansy assed Repubs like Kasich, who sniffed his disapproval, and the whole of the entire Washington political machine trying to literally destroy Trump and the average Joe wasn’t having any of it. On this particular issue, the American voter might thank the Wikileak hackers for providing a public service, much like Snowden, who showed us the rampant 4th Amendment abuses being visited on American citizens. So, both sides, indignant Repubs and dispirited Dems just oughtta suck it up and do better next time.
The three million extra voters is tiresome. It don’t matter. Her race was run by dipsh-ts who forgot how the contest was run. She took her voters for granted. Big, almost Rookie ish mistake.
Mewling by miffed McCain and Graham, both insulted by Trump! Those are totally unbiased advocates for the “commission” right? Go dig up Thomas Foley and have him advocate for a commission because of the “seriousness of the charges” demand it!! This is comically desperate! More, more, more, puleeezzzeeee!
If Trump were really bigly smart as he claims,he wouldn’t be embarrassing and picking fights with people who can kill you fifty ways with your bad wig and make your body disappear before breakfast.
He is a fool and people making excuses for his behavior are fools.
You’re still in pain, CC. Trump’s supporters aren’t fools. Saying that they are might soothe you, but that insult isn’t warrented.
