Anyone here attending CPAC? Or do y’all just tape it for binge-watching later?
Today looks especially fun-filled, even after allowing for Trump’s appearance. He’ll be followed by Nigel Farage of UKIP and Fox, Wayne LaPierre, Townhall’s Katie Pavlich, naturalized citizen and Bannon clone Sebastian Gorka, and, in a nod to the greats of the past, John Bolton.
Gorka is a real piece of work.
Only the best and brightest. We’re in good hands. Believe me.
This one seems pretty weird.
Commissioner says something stupid. People are pissed about it. Commissioner apologizes but doesn’t resign. So….
Atlanta mayor threatens to pull a contract from his employer if action isn’t taken?
http://www.11alive.com/news/politics/mayor-reed-pens-letter-to-firm-that-employs-tommy-hunter/413763955
Without reading the link, I think it’s stupid of Reed. The Atlanta City Hall corruption case appears ready to blow though, so getting something else in the news may be the objective.
I watched/listened to 4 of them live streamed. The Savannah one was the most attended, but the Kingsland had a lot of very specific questions on policy from GOP faithful.
Trump is killing it at CPAC!!
Before or after the staff took away their little flags?

You mean the dippy group that was enamored with the receipt of Trump’s name in gold on a Russian flags? Yeah, you can be proud he nailed it with ’em.
Today in infrastructure in America…

Good job by the GBI in solving the 11 year old Grinstead murder case. Meanwhile, Atlanta has 51 unsolved murders from 2016.
And Spicer says we wil see “greater enforcement” of federal marijuana laws. Not a good move by this administration.

The Obama administration policy was to leave recreational use up to the states so long as states were taking action to keep legal weed away from kids or crossing state lines.
The GOP is all for states rights, except when it isn’t.
Them $15 /hr CO jobs is good jobs.
It’s a two-fer too, keeps two groups of people occupied.
I said it months ago and today it happened. Trump bars CNN and NYT from press event! Lol! It’s lonely being the smartest guy in the room! Lol!
What? They left Trump in a room all by himself?
Trump: “it was a horrible, horrible mess and we have the brilliant, wonderful (names) that have worked so hard….”
Obama “I have directed my people to allow you…” I, I, I, me,me,me, my, my, my….
Trump and Pence deliver the message differently but are slowly but surely convincing Republicans to work together, not personal positioning, to make a difference on behalf of all Americans.
