It’s been pointed out that what Trump means when he says words isn’t clear, so I expect I forgo viewing Trump’s speech tonight in favor of the fake news translation.
Remember when Trump said the following: Repealing ACA will be “so easy” and it will be “a tiny fraction of the cost” to get a new system?
He clearly never thought about policy or governance and has no idea what he’s doing.
