The Navy is sending the Carl Vinson Strike Group to the Western Pacific, aka Korean Sea. The group consists of an aircraft carrier, an air wing, a couple of destroyers, and a guided missile cruiser, and is named for Georgia’s long-serving US rep and ‘father of the two-ocean Navy’ from Milledgeville.
Today’s alternative fact: Trump told pool reporters last Thursday he had “one of the most successful 13 weeks in the history of the presidency.” Amazing, since he had only been in office 11 weeks at the time of remark.
Kind of like when Obama said he had visited all 59 states?
exactly like that.
And you thought enough of that tidbit to even comment on it!! Truly desperate!
