Campus carry and tail-gating–where do excluded places begin?

Upon further reflection and not a small amount of prayer, I’ve come to the conclusion that only a man of unimpeachable character and the highest moral integrity can right the teetering ship at the FBI and that man is none other than…Chris Christie!
Still waiting, Charlie, what’s on Karen Handel’s schedule for May 21st instead of the Dunwoody Homeowners’ Association debate?
In the same article you shared yesterday, Charlie stated:
“Karen is looking forward to having several debates where she will highlight for Georgia families how Jon Ossoff’s dangerously liberal policies will increase taxes and put our national security at risk. We continue to work through debate invitations and will release our debate schedule soon.”
It sounds like there is going to be opportunities for you to see a debate.
Uh Huh. Trust but verify, Lawton. So do you know what her “schedule conflict” is?
We still haven’t answered the question of how one discovers a schedule conflict only after learning an event is open to the public, either.
I have nothing to do with the campaign and I am at least 3.5 hours away from there. I am not privy to her schedule.
As for the schedule conflict issue, I have done the same thing. I have spoken with people about doing an event, even asking questions, and then I realize I have other plans. Who knows?
While we all look at the shiny news object…

I thought you Dems didn’t like Comey? Why the lovefest now?
Whether you like him or not, he was heading up the investigation into election interference and possible collusion. Apparently, grand jury subpoenas have been issued. For Trump to fire the very person investigating him is not ok, nor is it normal. Even Nixon didn’t fire the FBI Director. Trump fired Comey while Comey was out of the office at a speaking engagement. Personally, I’m not much of a fan of the intelligence community, but Trump should not be impeding an investigation. Not to mention the constant flow of lies coming from his administration. Why aren’t you worried at what you see? Trump is doing things only an authoritarian leader would do.
Ohhhh, that’s right. The non- investigation with no evidence of anything relating to anything concerning the Pres!! Don’t Stop Dreaming, Andrew!! Deep breaths, deeeeep!
Yes, I am. Her investigation will be reopened and we’ll see what happens. Comey’s pronoucement last summer that no reasonable prosecutors eould pursue an indictment was laughable. One particular statute dealing with classified didnt require intent. She’s gonna get a felony conviction.
Bam!
The interesting part will be who is the replacement.
If it’s a political hack instead of a career law enforcement person there better be a few Repub Senators who step up and reject that.
You mean like those that did after McConnell’s announcement with ten months remaining in Obama’s term of Office that Merrick’s nomination to the Supreme Court was categorically invalid?
Just following the Biden Rule of not voting on a new SCJ during the final year of a Prez term. Pretty hypocritical to whine about it.
Good to know that in your opinion speculative talking about something is the same as actually doing it.
