House Commission on Transit Governance & Funding will meet tomorrow

For anyone in Atlanta tomorrow:

Chairman Kevin Tanner (R-Dawsonville) is holding the first meeting of the House Commission on Transit Governance and Funding on June 29 from 10 AM to 2 PM in room 506 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building (CLOB).

House Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) will be there to speak to the commission, suggesting that this meeting has some steam behind it.

The commission was created by HR 848, which was pushed through the House on the final day of the 2017 legislative session.
