The Braves win a nice game in the ninth, drop the ball with unfortunate musical selection.
No words, none, can describe this pain. Whether self inflicted by sending a off color text or not, no one should have to pay this kind of penance for that. Godspeed Eric, Jr. May the Lord Bless You and Keep You and have His Countenance Shine Upon You and Give You Peace…

Trump regrets making repeal of Obamacare his first effort?
.
Anyone paying attention to Republicans for the last sis years would have known that there wasn’t a workable Republican plan for repeal. Trump didn’t do squat on that fight, unless you count the tweets and having a few people to the dump White House as doing something. There was nothing constructive in the way of policy proposals came from the White House, unless you count acquiescence to the Freedom Caucus House bill that alienated moderates.
.
Short of signing DACA into law, Trump is setting himself up for an encore. There’s no viable GOP alternative that doesn’t start with a wall, and there will be no wall of the sort Trump led the base to believe in without amnesty.
When Mainers go to the polls this fall, they will see the following question:
.
“Do you want Maine to expand Medicaid to provide healthcare coverage for qualified adults under age 65 with incomes at or below 138% of the federal poverty level, which in 2017 means $16,643 for a single person and $22,412 for a family of two?”
.
But hey, when you’re the Republican Governor that’s vetoed Medicaid expansion multiple times, you object to the ballot wording because it doesn’t include the word “welfare” or “entitlement”.
