Happy Birthday Stefan!
Exciting news to bring you on Stefan Turkheimer’s birthday. He’s apparently decided to expand over coverage of Georgia politics to make us whole and complete. Per Facebook, here’s a picture of Stefan and his much better half Emma today in Georgia. Tblisi, Georgia:
This should tell you about Stefan’s commitment to make our coverage complete. He joined a mostly conservative group years ago to help us balance out our news and opinions and add some diversity of thought. He’s since become the “Democratic Politics Editor” and may be the only current contributor with a title (we’ll get around to fixing that shortly).
That said, this post is about Stefan. He’s older – 29 I think – and hopefully wiser. I appreciate him bringing us news from the perspective that is the opposite of right. And for having a good sense of humor while doing it.

Generally this many words from Charlie means a severe deviation from rationality has occurred somewhere in Georgia government, so I am very pleased to be the recipient of such prose when my deviation was merely geographical.
