I don’t get that lawyer Michael Cohen can just pay $130K for a settlement for DJT. Even if they can’t prove a campaign finance violation (which it still very well could be), it still seems to go against lawyer’s ethics rules, which forbid loaning or gifting money to clients. That could put him at risk of being disbarred. Seems like if you hang around Trump long enough, you’re guaranteed to suffer ill consequences.
Do you really believe him when he said he paid settlement money out of personal funds? I’d like to see a cancelled check for starters.
He also said Trump was “not a party” to the transaction, but unless he went on faith, there was surely a written document (like an NDA) that went along with the payment and names Trump in the document itself- thus DJT is a party. The FEC or the NY Bar should both seek production of any documents, and bank statements, to sort it out. If they subpoena Stormy Daniels, that will override any term of any NDA, so she will have her opportunity to disclose without fear of penalty.
Iran accuses West of using lizards for nuclear spying.
Seems their skin attracts atomic waves.
I am so sick of Josh McKoon. He needs to just go back under the rock he came from. He is a trouble maker and he is going to cost this state big time. He knows the governor isnt about to sign any of his religious liberty BS so why keep doing it. Its because he is a bigot…and bigots cant help themselves
McKoon is an ass-clown for sure.
He probably isn’t going anywhere, though. It seems symbolic politics goes a long way in his district.
I’m just going to leave this here…

Is he playing the long game, looking for an appointment by President Pence in 2019?
WP reported he already turned down the federal bench appointment open in SC after he announce he was not seeking re-election. I’m thinking he’s going after White House counsel Don McGahn.
Maybe he thinks he’s going to catch the FBI in a lie/scandal?
If your in Savannah on Saturday, I’ll be one of the morning volunteers. C Span 2 is also covering this live. The main speakers are sold out.

As I was getting out of my car this morning, Eric Bolling was introduced by Mika from Morning Joe. I live stream it on the ride in. She very respectfully explained that Eric was here to talk about the death of his son and his current work with the opioid crisis in America. They stated this was just about his son. It was a very moving and informative 15 mins, with one of Joe’s other friends also speaking about his book on teens and opioids.
This is well worth your time to watch (or listen).

That guy was actually in the Obama admin too, but he didn’t seem to get in trouble then. Maybe there is something in the water now.
Oh look, a new tax for us…
This will add $150 +/- to my budgeted gas sending for the year. (or 16.67 % of my new yearly payroll tax break)
