The rumors and whispers that have been circulating in Atlanta political circles for more than a year are coming true.
Two city contractors E. R. Mitchell Jr. and Charles P. Richards, Jr., as well as Atlanta’s former chief procurement officer Adam Smith, have already pleaded guilty and are cooperating with the Feds.
