Trump Tweets Kemp Endorsement
In a week marked by high level endorsements in the Governor’s race, President Trump has weighed in:
Brian Kemp is running for Governor of the great state of Georgia. The Primary is on Tuesday. Brian is tough on crime, strong on the border and illegal immigration. He loves our Military and our Vets and protects our Second Amendment. I give him my full and total endorsement.

Well if it’s a race to see who is the craziest, Kemp just passed a big test.
So true, the MAGA cultist will begin to savage Cagle now that the leader has vomited his endorsement. This will be an interesting test to see if the entire Republican party has become a cult.
Well, POTUS must have access to some advanced polling, because he doesn’t endorse people he thinks are going to lose. And I’m guessing this means 1.) the Perdues are behind Kemp and 2.) They were worried about the Deal endorsement of Cagle… Remember, if you did not vote in the May primary, you can still vote in the runoff and pick EITHER ballot.
That’s what I figure though Trump did pick Strange over Roy Moore in the AL primaries.
I wonder how all this fighting between Kemp and Cagle is going to play out in November.
I doubt if it’s that logical.
Kemp promised to drive immigrants to the border and dump them. All he needs to know.
Wonder what the mood is like right now over at Camp Cagle?
Trump is also backing Kris Koback of Kansas (who is their Secretary of State). Koback has the same resume as Brian Kemp- lots of ineptitude and crazy talk. If those two are elected governors I imagine the average IQ level of the nations’ governors will drop a few points.
I really do not understand how anyone can support Kemp based on his record. I think he will be the worse governor since Lester Maddox.
You think Kemp will keep that shotgun in the near his desk in the Guv’s mansion?
I’m pretty sure that the populations of “incompetent boobs” and “irredeemably corrupt weasels” aren’t mutually exclusive. Methinks the guy with the guns and f-750 pickup might just be both.
Who’s next, Mama Grizzly?
From your keyboard to the Queen of Wasilla Alaska. A Palin endorsement would be awesome.
I wonder if Jeff Bezos is afraid of being held hostage looking down the barrel of a loaded shotgun? If so we just got the Amazon HQ.
D.C.’s getting Amazon 2. D.C. was always getting Amazon 2. NYC & L.A. (other sites of Bezos mansions besides DC and Seattle) are #2 and #3 in the running. Atlanta never had a shot. The “selection process” has been about getting a free behind-the-curtain look at the best sites across the country for other Amazon projects and driving up the incentive packages the MD/NorVa/DC sites put together.
Interesting choice since GA is starting to get a lot of press about Kemp stonewalling any investigation of our voting system getting hacked. I guess if Russian hacks are good enough for Trump, Kemp wants in on the action.
Cagle had better be careful because Kemp now has the full apparatus of the Russian government at his disposal including russian bots, the KGB and the poison squad. This thing just got serious!
Hear that sound? Its the sound of the GA republican party imploding on itself
Maybe Stacey Abrams can counter this endorsement in the general by getting the endorsement of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.
See that’s just it; Orcasio-Cortez is at least on the political spectrum.
Trump is on a spectrum, but it ain’t the political one.
It seems like every time I tune into Fox News lately, they’ve been obsessing about this woman. It’s fair game, for sure, and a great distraction from much more important news. Especially because she’s an easy target for those who only care about superficial labels, not the substance of how our economy actually works (don’t know if Cortez knows either.) But to save you trouble, we have a hybrid system. A socialized market system, if you will.
Beyond the gleaming gem of a distraction that she is, I think the proper parallel is more like Bernie, who already endorsed Stacey A., yes?
As far as I know neither one have an affinity for Russia which the GOP seems to have much unlike the current two GOP candidates.

I’m a fan of the evolution of language, and forgive Trump his capitalization “error” – as some can be used for emphasis. But while “Primary” is a stretch, the little “state” is no great “State”. Which had me thinking what is the “state of Georgia”? Drunken fatigue? Congested?
Is it just me, or does anything else think Trump didn’t personally tap out that tweet? It’s not Trump style.
Not that the tweet isn’t an official Trump’s endorsement, but it appears the few moments to personally tap it out weren’t worth Trump’s time.
The grammar is pretty bad so Trump probably tweeted it. Now somebody might have instructed him to not mention Putin or some of the other crazy stuff he puts in tweets.
Not a single exclamation point or ….. or simpleton superlative.
“Endorsement” isn’t a word onw associates with the Trump lexicon.
“The Primary is on Tuesday.” is something that Trump wouldn’t even know.
LOL.
I blame the Ruskies ….. they are everywhere you know.
Supposedly he does use an unsecured phone, so…
