Not much shrinkage in a relative sense. HS diploma unemployment close to twice college grad employment, No HS diploma unemployment close to three times college grade employment.
The best thing about the graph is the large increase in absolute numbers of less educated people working. The worst thing about the graph is the large numbers of less educated people that will be out of employment when relative unemployment differences hold during the next recession.

Give sixth grader Trump a billion wall in exchange for amnesty for DACA people. The Pentagon wastes that much every week. Adults can then hash out real and cost effective border security improvements to add to that to bump up the amount. The wall photo op will satisfy Trump, and Trump’s word it’s a terrific deal will satisfy an ignorant base.
And how about the paid vacation Trump is giving mostly Dem federal workers? Is that a good deal for their support of wall funding or what? The delay in pay is a big downside for many, and of course the there’s the uncertainty that Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter will approve.
