The only surprise for me stemming from the voting machine/VRA hearings is that the Dems are already appearing to cave on the additional $120 million for obfuscation machines favored by the Governor and his pet election company that helped give him the title. The fix is in. On the other one, much will be made of the VRA infringements and nothing will come of it.
