Political civility is not about being polite to each other. It’s about reclaiming the power of ‘We the People’ to come together, debate the common good and call American democracy back to its highest values amid our differences.

Because UK spirits need some uplifting.
HBO Cool. Hollywood is moving to Georgia and fleeing the high tax states. Fast forward a few years. These folks turn Georgia Blue, then through there socialist policies guess what the taxes go up.
and I was worried the merger would mean a huge exodus of Turner jobs from Atlanta to NYC
Glynn County Commission called on the county’s state delegation and the Georgia Department of Transportation on Thursday to install suicide prevention equipment on the Sidney Lanier Bridge. Where do these guys come up with these ideas? Tennessee We mess with them on the boundary, they are going to stop giving us these hair brain ideas.
So, wait, are you saying that preventing suicide is a bad thing?
No. I am saying this is a feel good waste of money. You can’t spend enough. If somebody wants to kill them self by jumping they are going to find another bridge, railroad bridge, cliff, tree, building to jump off of.
It’s just like drug use. How are you going to keep people from trying drugs if they want to?
Have you ever wondered why your ancestors could have done something as cruel as owning another human being? And what does this have to do with climate change? https://chamblee54.wordpress.com/2019/03/22/slavery-and-global-warming-6/
Some more feel good stories…

Break out he crying towels. No collusion with Russia. No evidence of obstruction. Of course, anyone and everyone with half a brain knew that.
Now, I want to see a continuous loop of the previous statements by Brennan, Clapper, Hillary, Nadler, Schiff, and 2/3 of the posters on this site.
This entire charade was absurd,
Oh, and on the inevitable goal post moving by the left and their media fellow travelers, which will result in more subpoenas from the execrable Schiff and Nadler, Trump, Don Jr, Kushner et all, need to tell these leftists where they can stick their subpoenas and let them try to enforce them.
The coup attempt is over for now.
How is it that the campaign chairman giving internal polling data to a Russian spy, which then results in Russian government agents targeting very specific demographics, not collusion.

Russia, if you’re listening….
Nothing can be believed since it is the result of an investigation conducted by the deep state controlled by 12 angry Democrats. Remember who told you this?
I’m not going to pretend that yesterday wasn’t a good day for Donald Trump. It was. But it’s important for all of us to remember that this is a 3.5 page executive summary of a much larger document only a handful of people have read. In other words, it’s not the best foundation for basing hot takes.
For example, you called the investigation a charade. I’d note that Trump’s campaign manager, personal lawyer, and national security adviser are either sitting in a prison cell or due to report to one. There have been 37 indictments as a result of this investigation, indictments that include major players in Trump’s campaign and transition. Just because the hammer didn’t fall on anyone named Trump or Kushner doesn’t make the investigation a charade.
Additionally, there’s nothing in that letter that supports the assertion there was “no evidence of obstruction.” Even Barr makes is pretty clear that the Mueller Report “sets out evidence on both sides of the question.” You’re within your rights to crow about how yesterday was a good day for your boy. But you can do it without lying or intentionally misrepresenting things.
Long story, short: Let’s wait to see the whole report and let’s either get better at reading comprehension or stop lying about what the Barr letter says.
