House Agrees To Senate Substitute Of Heartbeat Bill, Heads To Governor’s Desk
A few minutes ago, the Georgia House agreed to a Senate substitute of the Heartbeat Bill. The measure was adopted by a vote of 92-78. HB 481 will now be heading to Governor Brian Kemp’s desk for his signature.
