I haven’t looked lately, but the DeKalb County animal ordinances used to have specific exemptions for wandering animals (“…except for cats….”) in several paragraphs. Which tells me that the cats had very good representation during contract negotiations.
Karen Handel has filed her Q2 fundraising report detailing she’s raised $10k in Q2 (even though it’s not due ’til July 15th, and Q2 hasn’t closed yet, so she’ll definitely need to file an amended form…)
Why’d her committee file this form? Who knows. Clearly a well-organized machine.
