The NYT story of Trump’s financial hardships were already discussed by Trump himself on the apprentice. The opposition needs to focus on a positive non collective message if they want to defeat him. Their current strategy isn’t working.
So how do we go about getting the NYT focused on a positive message for the opposition?

This is not the tax fraud you’re looking for.

I still have a little of the 1960’s idealist left in me, but as a conservative, I only drag it out on special occasions. That said, I had hoped that this sort of rural-racist behavior had aged out, slowly disappearing by natural attrition. Obviously, it’s still alive and well. At the same time, one thing that has changed is Mr. Cleveland’s considering that his position might be wrong. Back in the day, you would have just seen a snarling, knuckle-dragger telling us to go back to Atlanta where we belonged.
I guess that this is progress.
He’s praying that this blows over quickly so he can get back to the high church of racial inequality.
