I believe Trump is nervous these days, with Joe Biden leading Trump in the polls.
His approval ratings are in the low 40’s .
He fired a polling company that was doing an internal poll for his campaign since it showed him losing to Biden in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
A Fox News poll has him trailing Biden, Sanders, Warren, Harris, and Buttigleig

Trump campaign workers:
“Is it getting hot in here?”
`
If it’s getting hot, they just have to make sure they’re hydrated, and don’t get a dry throat. Because God forbid they get a dry throat and have to cough in front of him. If that truly sets him off the way it reportedly does, then I think any Dem will have a solid piece of debate strategy.
I think the dems are far more worried than Trump. I advise you not to buy into these biased polls trying to sway voters.
By now we know that is all they are. The dems don’t even have a candidate yet. The dems will destroy any “moderate” in the primary. So Trump will face a radical leftist. As soon as they open their mouth with how much your taxes are going up, no growth policies and we are all doomed by global warning —-the numbers should crater.
I thought Romney was going to hammer Obama. I never checked the Vegas voting odds… My big mistake. Romney never was leading in Vegas. Obama was. Their odds are based on real money not political baloney.
I thought my personal feelings were more accurate than the polls.
Just go check Vegas voting odds today for trumps reelection. He is an even bet. Biden is +425, sanders +750, Buttigieg +1100, Warren +2200 as of this morning.
In a debate Trump should have an easy time of it. He will pull no punches…no collusion, no message from the left other than open borders and I hate Trump…the leading candidates are moldy, uninspiring, flawed at best old white guys that generate less enthusiasm than Hillary. I can’t imagine any young voter excited about that.
Not trying to be ugly here. Trump is a jerk. Was not my first choice
I think it’s silly to give any weight to polls this far out, but the notion that the polls are “biased” and “trying to sway voters” is just incredibly dumb. Some of the bad polls folks are pointing to come from Fox News or from Trump’s internal polling operation.
Also, the polls in that Obama-Romney race were strongly indicating Obama was going to win. That’s why Fox and Republicans spent so much time trying to “unskew” the polls as a means for arguing Romney had a shot.
Here is another list of links for your monday morning.
Didja hear? Tom Price can’t spend the $1.8 million in leftover campaign funds on personal expenses, so he’s declaring his paid speaking gigs a charity to try to access the funds that way.
Another day. Another Republican lowering the bar. Or at least trying too, which is all that matters.

“[It} was a mistake to say this, I mean, clearly.” — Saxby Chambliss on Trump saying he’d accept opposition research from a foreign power without contacting the FBI. Did he mean it clearly was a mistake, or was it a mistake Trump so clearly said he’d do it?
So Donald’s prime-time extravaganza on ABC was a total bust… 3.9 million viewers, slightly more than its lead-in, America’s Funniest Home Videos (3.5 million) and way less than last week’s episode of Family Feud (6.1 million). The US Open drew 7.3 million viewers and 4.7 million Americans found 60 Minutes to be more compelling than the Donald.
By the way, just as a point of comparison, the “failing” “sinking” NFL, averaged 19.7 million viewers in the same Sunday timeslot.

Only 3.9 million watched Donald… How many you watched Biden in Missouri? Wasn’t it 150?… How would you characterize that?
Was Biden’s campaign event nationally (or locally) televised?
I’m just pointing out that the President, who loves to harp on everyone’s TV ratings (or lack thereof) dropped a big steaming pile of bad numbers in the middle of ABC’s Sunday prime-time line-up despite heavy marketing, pushing out a bunch of newsworthy clips, and everyone making a big show of Trump granting exclusive, unprecedented access.
Maybe Trump isn’t the draw that he used to be. Kind of like his old show… its boring, repetitive, and not remotely interesting anymore.
Supporters lining up this far in advance is truly impressive.

Here’s the tweet the article references… looks like 3 people have lined up: https://twitter.com/MarkLehman6/status/1140578625495998464
Anyone want to bet how the libs will be crying that there were not 100,000 there and want him to be impeached for lying about the crowd size again!
Maybe Hillary and Stacy Abrams can claim Trump suppressed all of Biden’s fervent supporters…
So it’s at the Amway Center… where the Magic plays… which is owned by RDV Sports… which was founded by the ownerss of Amway… Hmmm…
Which Trump Cabinet Sectary is married into the family who owns Amway again?
It darn sure looks like a HUGE Amway convention for sure!! And they are motivated and vote!
Would love to see the venn diagram of Trump supporters and people duped by multi-level marketing scams or pyramid schemes.
That’s nothing, Folks lined up for the Xbox 360 a week ahead of it going on sale. Same for the iPhones.
Trump gets 3 people 2 days ahead of the event- SO LIMP.
One poster opined earlier today that only about three Trump supporters were already awaiting the rally tomorrow. Wishful thinking I guess. I just saw so many people and tents, I almost expected to see Klinger and Radar from the set of MASH! Lots of excitement, laughter and patriotism on display.
There were so many Trump supporters tonight at that rally that it made the usual homeless hordes in Pelosi’s neighborhood look smaller than a University of Michigan football game!
I wonder if 200,000 will be there? That would be even larger than his victory margin in FL. It’s about time for CNN to show the pictures of the crowd from yesterday morning …as if it’s in real time. Like they did over and over at Trump’s inauguration!
Does anyone know if the New York Times is still banning it’s reporters from going on many of CNN’s and MSNBC’s shows? Why were they forced to do that? That seems a bit harsh, since they all hate Trump….
There were so many Trump supporters tonight
I think your code is a little off. There was no rally last night. The rally is tonight. Hopefully your programmers can fix the error in time.
I didn’t “opine,” I noted that the article you posted was premised on a photo that only showed 3 people standing outside the arena.
Because I’m fair and balanced, I’d note that the line is longer this morning:
https://twitter.com/tamarakeithNPR/status/1140954405640048641
Now, of course, that’s a morning line before an evening event, much different from the assertion that masses of people were camping out.
