Good. They started doing that in Gainesville, GA in April. Easy money for the city. Makes it safer for pedestrians, bicycle/ motorcycle riders, and the workers in the construction zones.
I imagine the practice will spread.
Some of the trucking companies have driver cams as well as dash cams. A distracted driver of a propane/gasoline truck going 70 mph is a lot of liability for the insurers. .
