- More Y’allywood drama.
- Don’t laugh because it’s California. It could happen here, too.
- You’re being watched.
- Who wants to start a pool for when this breaks down?
- These aren’t funny anymore. Something must really be wrong.
- Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.
- These just get better and better!
- But nothing really happened, right?
- This is truly exciting.

There’s a really fun map on here. https://www.governing.com/topics/finance/fine-fee-revenues-special-report.html
If and when the economy or foreign policy go really south during Trump’s Presidency, it’ll be because socialist Dems opposed Trump, the only one that could fix it.
The GOP establishment will say to itself the country could have gotten by without it happening if Dems had only accepted Trump leadership beholden to divisive appeals, and governing that denigrated the office of POTUS, vilified government and lowered standards, and abdicated leadership of democratic allies.
It was worth it to place a liar on the Supreme Court bench, get a tax cut for the rich, and reduce access to affordable health care.
Any chance Joe Walsh’s proposed primary challenge to Trump gets traction?
“Trump’s a bully. And he’s a coward. This guy’s unfit, he lies every time he opens his mouth.”
Walsh also dumps on Helsinki republicans who supported Trump and Putin over NATO. “That was it. That was ugly. That was disloyal.”
He has criticized Trump as reckless on fiscal issues, ineffective on border concerns and “clueless” on trade.
Plenty to agree with in his comments. I wonder how many gopers would pull the lever for Walsh if they knew their peers weren’t watching them.

I don’t see Walsh getting much traction since his primary constituency overlaps Trump’s base.
I would vote for the guitar playing Joe Walsh over either of them. Trivia note: He ran once before on a lark.
Koch brother David died yesterday. The family said he had been buoyed that he lived to see the Amazon burn. —- paraphrase of a Bill Maher joke.
“…..My only question is, who is our bigger enemy, Jay Powel [sic] or President Xi?” 10:40 23 Aug tweet by DJT
Everyone in the US that isn’t a Trump supporter is a traitor. I would have written “Every American that isn’t….”, except that people in America that aren’t Trump supporters aren’t really Americans.
Trump and the Trump cult, doing the GOP proud, day in and day out.

“[i]t is incredible [Fed officials] can ‘speak’ without knowing or asking what I am doing, which will be announced shortly.”
Silly Jay, doesn’t he know he works for Trump? Even though Trump’s remark is nonsense anyway, since Trump doesn’t know what he is doing or could tell someone what he is doing, and “shortly” in Trump’s vocabulary can mean never.
“Americans have played into Russian President Vladimir Putin’s hands—again. It is assumed he can attack next year’s elections if he so chooses, but since no outsider knows exactly how, what comes next is one of the great underlying mystery-dramas of the 2020 election campaign.” Axios editor Steve LeVine
Americans? Pffft. It’s the GOP and Moscow Mitch McConnell that are refusing to act while cult leader Trump says it was the deep state, Google and Hillary, and not the Russians.
