Old enough to remember the one-day-a-week Bulloch Herald we received in addition to our pre-merger daily Atlanta Journal.
I have been pressure cooking my soft to hardboiled eggs since I have owned my Instapot. If the potatoes are small enough I can do both at the same time when making potato salad.
There was a box on the sidewalk, in front of Book Nook. Someone took some books to sell, and the store did not buy them. One of the books was “Downtown” by Anne Rivers Siddons. It was about Atlanta … the magazine and the city. It was set in the sixties. It was a wonderful book.
Anyone else notice that Trump’s “corruption” excuse to withhold money from Ukraine was followed by Trump stating there would be “nothing wrong” with his insisting on an investigation into VP Joe Biden? The corruption in this case was on the Trump end of the line however. If you can invite foreign interference on national TV broadcasts it’s surely right to made demands privately.
No exception by the GOP despite it following Trump’s personal attorney Giuliani pressing for investigation over an extended period in advance of the call. If it’s not illegal, and doesn’t involve a Democrat, it’s ethical. It’s how they roll.
