Watch Georgia Power hire that Ohio guy. With their resources he could scale up his garage-sized quantum physics generator to handle Vogtle’s load in a couple of months.

The economy is strong, but state tax revenues are declining. Time to increase revenue by cutting taxes.
What are the chances that the legislature won’t cut income taxes again next session? Given that 2020 is an election year, I’d say zero, revenue declines be damned. They can always go on about waste in government.
Reduction of the state income tax another quarter point to 5.5% awaits a vote. I anticipate another cut would require Kemp’s signature, but perhaps the vote and past Gubernatorial approval suffice.
I don’t think it’ll pass. A couple-few hundred million are needed to fund Obamacare, and unregulated private communications corporations need state money for profit.
