- The General Assembly will consider an additional cut to the state income tax, building on the cut that was passed in 2018 that was predicated on an assumption of a windfall from the federal tax cuts that never materialized AHEM, so perhaps that is why we are having some budget issues. Anyway, yeah, we’ll be talking tax cuts.
