It’s good news that there was a net gain of 66,700 jobs in metro Atlanta in 2019.
That’s more than any year since Obama;s last year in office when there was a net increase of 20% more than that, or the even higher net increases in preceding Obama years.
Based on the available information shortly before retiring for the night Trump will be acquitted of impeachment charges.
“Mr. Trump’s lawyers offered their most expansive defense of the president to date, effectively arguing that a president cannot be removed from office for demanding political favors if he believes his re-election is in the national interest.”

Another new rule lowering the bar—Presidents can’t be impeached for demanding political favors, including from foreign governments, in any circumstance..
Any takers the next time that rule is revised it will be to insert the “Republican” ahead of the word President?

In the wake of Doug Collins’ announcement, Cook Political has moved Georgia Senate special election from likely to lean GOP.
I learned that Collins has co-opted ‘FAKE NEWS’ as a response to criticism.
The best spot in this race has to be in the advertising business. Loeffler has already spent $2.5M and Collins wouldn’t have jumped in without assurances of deep pocket backing.
I’m also interested in seeing how the weird coalition of Collins’ allies and Dems hold up against Kemp and Loeffler on the house bill to dump jungle primaries.
