Online learning is especially tough when you don’t have online capability. The closing of schools and universities highlights another loss for rural Georgia and another black mark for those state reps like mine who claim to be oh so tired of ‘throwing money at problems’ when instead they can ‘incentivize the private sector’ to improve citizens’ lives. At least the reps get to boast about their virtue come election time, and that’s what really matters.
