It finally got passed the damned if you do and damned if you don’t element, but explaining it with a lie doesn’t instill any confidence in competence.

de Blasio notably came out of the gate wrong, and may not be optimizing use of his time.
Meanwhile Trump had the time, in between his TV ratings smash hit press conferences, to fire the Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson for informing Congress of a situation where government resources were being withheld contingent on an elections favor.
The daily reminders of Trump leadership, as in stating professionals recommend people wear masks but that’s he’s not going to, even though they don’t reveal anything we don’t already know.. We’ll continue to wait for what’s best for Trump to align with what’s best for the country for action.
