Mr. McConnel, should Georgia be denied federal assistance in extending it’s paltry state unemployment compensation insurance that will tap out at the end of July for people laid off early in the COVID-19 pandemic? Georgia hasn’t managed its benefit well, having reducing it to a third worst in the nation 14 weeks when the national average is north of 24 weeks.
