Morning Reads for National Senior Health & Fitness Day (May 27)
Good morning! Today is National Senior Health & Fitness Day, the oldest senior wellness event in its 27th year. Here are seven suggested activities to celebrate and I’ll definitely be doing #3 and #4 if rain permits, because all of us can participate, whether we’re seniors or not.
