We’re just minutes away from the last (scheduled) day of SCOTUS’ OCT19 term, with 8 (or 7, depending on how you count) opinions outstanding. Likelihood of some opinions today with another day of opinions being added is fairly high.
It is not next week without your monday morning reader.
