Susan B. Anthony Spending $4.1 Million in GA to Back Sens. Loeffler and Perdue
We were provided the following press release by the Susan B. Anthony List organization that shares their efforts in backing U.S. Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue in their runoff campaigns:
Today the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List)’s partner Women Speak Out PAC (WSO PAC) announced details of their independent expenditure campaign to elect pro-life Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue in Georgia. The $4.1 million multi-channel effort will include voter mail, digital ads, voter calls and texts, and door-to-door canvassing. The group will contact one million voters ahead of election day including 400,000 in-person visits to voters at their doors.
SBA List’s WSO PAC quickly implemented an early and absentee ballot message to voters in Georgia, as it did previously this cycle across ten battleground states.
“We are all-in for pro-life Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue – their races will determine the fate of the Senate and of our nation,” said Mallory Quigley, national spokeswoman for SBA List’s WSO PAC. “Without a pro-life majority in the U.S. Senate, led by pro-life champion Leader McConnell, there will be no check on the most radical pro-abortion administration in U.S. history.”
“Our team has hit the ground running in Georgia and, as we have done in previous battleground states this cycle, we are encouraging voters to utilize early and absentee ballot options to ensure no pro-life vote is left on the field,” said SBA List’s WSO PAC National Field Director Tim Edson. “We’re pulling out all the stops, recruiting our top-performing field directors from across the nation to assemble in Georgia and train our field team to effectively and quickly communicate the winning pro-life message. Together with Georgia allies, they will implement our battle-tested strategy to expose the extreme pro-abortion views of Raphael Warnock, who opposes all restrictions on abortion, and Jon Ossoff, who has vowed to promote only liberal judges who support abortion on-demand.”
The group’s Georgia campaign is an expansion of their $52 million+ campaign to re-elect President Trump and the pro-life Senate majority. The largest election effort in the organization’s history reached more than eight million voters across 10 key battleground states. Details of the campaign can be found at SBA List’s 2020 Election HQ.

Do I smell outside money and influence?
With a possible monolithic federal government up for grabs, we are about to see an obscene about of money spent by PACs of all stripes. Meanwhile back at the Cheetah, the broadcast media ad guys were recently seen making it rain…
Even if the Dems win the Senate, I don’t think you can characterize the resulting government as monolithic. There’s plenty of diversity and conflict within the party, including the Pres.-elect’s governing centrist theme, which by its nature incorporates concerns from Repub party. Even if Dems win the Senate, Biden will be bipartisan bc not only does he value that collaboration, but he sees the result as better policy, and better for Dem re-election chances, holding onto House in 2022, etc. I am sure he does not want every bill passed like he experienced with Obamacare, but it’s better if he has that option, bc the alternative is that nothing may get passed given the obstructionists. Dems winning won’t make monoliths, they will only leave a door a bit ajar, where McConnell and Co. can have an excuse to be bipartisan themselves. I.e. obstructionism is the true potential monolith to avoid. Give Mitch a reason to negotiate.
