It’s Day 1 of the 2021 Legislative Session in Georgia and the most wonderful time of the year. While most of us would agree that last year made for the strangest session in recent memory, I’m predicting another wild ride that potentially lasts less than the usual 40 days. With lawmakers and staff being tested twice a week, eliminating the usual fanfare in both chambers, and the lack of a page program, the risk of a major Covid outbreak seems significantly smaller.
