- Are we finally reaching the point of not enough cases to count?
- Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Or in this case, pay stupid taxes.
- $2 million doesn’t seem like enough.
- Have we reached a level of insanity that warnings like this actually have to be issued?

The Georgia Association of REALTORS® has joined an Emergency Application to SCOTUS asking the Court to intervene on an emergency basis and block the federal government from enforcing the CDC’s eviction moratorium. Litigation is pending in lower courts over whether the moratorium exceeds the CDC’s authority.
