What Do Georgia Prosecutors Learn at Taxpayer Funded Conference on Jekyll Island?
If the picture below from the 2021 Prosecuting Attorneys of Georgia Summer Conference is any indication then it is clear the left’s illiberal campaign to infiltrate and weaponize all institutions extends to our local district attorneys as well as our local school districts. I admit my conservative bias just as Andrew Sullivan admitted his progressive bias in his recent piece. Give it a read. It’s a good overview of this topic.
I’ve had the displeasure of reading the last two books. Anti-historical post-modernist nonsense is the kindest description I can give for both. What else is on the schedule of events at this taxpayer funded conference at the Jekyll Island Convention Center this week?

Oh, Elliot. So I see Republicans like you in this state still have no real policy solutions to bring forward, so more shitposting like this, eh? One slide from one presentation?
Trying so desperately to make a name for yourself in the party. It makes you look so desperate…..and racist, but I guess you expected that.
Here’s the thing: you clearly have no idea how the PAC conference is set up. Attendees self-select which workshops to attend, out of many. Perhaps some wanted to learn about how racial bias plays out in the criminal justice system and they attended this workshop. The fact that you think anyone could force something on a prosecutor who wasn’t interested in learning it proves to me that you don’t know any prosecutor very well.
I have worked alongside several of the prosecutors in leadership at the Council, as well as several of the prosecutors throughout the state while working on anti-violence legislation. I also know the power of this institution and the respect it has statewide, particularly among our state legislators, both Democrats and Republicans.
I promise you that a battle with PAC is NOT the fight a little fish like you wants to pick.
I also have to ask, what’s your endgame here, or have you even thought this far through it? A taxpayer uprising against use of local funds to send prosecutors off….to get trained to be better prosecutors? So you want LESS crime prosecuted successfully in such communities? Me thinks you just want in on this anti-CRT action and are grasping at straws.
“If the picture below from the 2021 Prosecuting Attorneys of Georgia Summer Conference is any indication then it is clear the left’s illiberal campaign to infiltrate and weaponize all institutions extends to our local district attorneys as well as our local school districts.”
What the heck does this sentence mean?
So liberals infiltrate and weaponize what exactly? Racism? Which means you agree racism exists but that we should just ignore it?
If the Republicans want to stop the movement against racism, perhaps they should come out with their ideas on how to deal with racism. And quit “weaponizing” the fear you create of blacks/browns climbing over the walls to rape and pillage.
All you guys do is complain, complain, and complain some more. Nothing constructive is offered.
Trying to make yourself a name using the “MTG Lite” political model ? Sure appears as so.
I couldn’t put it in better words than the final sentence of each of the above posts.
“Me thinks you just want in on this anti-CRT action and are grasping at straws.”
“All you guys do is complain, complain, and complain some more. Nothing constructive is offered.”
Elliot, play to your strengths. This ‘racist left spends public money’ gibberish belongs to the twitter hordes. Instead, why not tell us more about the adventures of Roger and Sparky in WokeWorld?
What happened after the mob of radical leftist feminist freedom-haters 86ed them from their favorite watering hole? Did they find solace in a more enlightened spot or do they still roam the streets of Chattanooga alone? Don’t leave them hanging on that cliff forever!
Don’t you know? They got cancelled. Once you are cancelled you are gone.
Probably Roger and Sparky wander around Dalton, GA looking for a decent pizzeria but have to settle for bar-b-que.
It’s not like the old days when you could act out and be tolerated. Nowadays you have to pass scrutiny from the radical, communist, femine-nazi, socialists, illegal alien-loving restaurant owners to see if you qualify to partake of their menu.
Alas, Roger and Sparky wander the Georgia countryside seeking the holy grail of cheese, pepperoni, and Italian dough in an accepting environment.
Oh here’s a good one:
This child lived in her district. I think she needs to visit these parents and tell them they did the right thing in not getting the vaccine.
“Wyatt Gibson waved at strangers in the grocery store because he knew it made them happy. The 5-year-old danced around in tiny cowboy boots, strumming a toy guitar and singing, “I love donkeys and I love dogs.” He enjoyed building things with Legos, visiting the Tennessee Aquarium and helping take care of the horses on his family’s farm in Calhoun.
On Friday, the coronavirus disease claimed Wyatt’s life, according to his godmother, Amanda Summey, who spoke on behalf of his parents. His death comes amid a surge of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations around the world, much of it driven by the spread of the disease among the unvaccinated and the highly contagious delta variant. No vaccines are authorized for children under 12.:

She might be able to tell them to suck it up as, You are fighting the good fight”.
Marjorie Taylor Greene. What a useless congress person.
I would hope they would spend more time on “How to prosecute protesters who break private business windows”. “How to prosecute looters”. “How to stop civil forfeiture” Maybe next year they can have it in Tybee Island who is decriminalizing marijuana.
