The Latest on the Ethylene Oxide Situation

The next public meeting on Ethylene Oxide is tonight, Monday, August 19, 2019, at 7:00 PM at the Cobb Civic Center. An Open House will precede the meeting, and from 5:00 PM until 6:45 PM, representatives from the EPA, the Georgia EPD, the CDC, and community organizations will be available to discuss the issue one-on-one.

GA-6 Loses a Candidate; GA-7 Gains One

GA-6 The AJC is reporting that Donnie Bolena, Republican candidate for GA-6, has withdrawn from the race due to pressure from GOP officials to drop out. In a Facebook post, Bolena referred to himself as a “white nationalist” which did not sit well with a lot of people, including possibly the President Donald Trump camp.
