Ringgold is Wrong to Target Sex Offenders in New ‘Homelessness Ordinance”

The City of Ringgold in northwest Georgia has enacted an emergency ordinance to address sex offenders living under a bridge in the community. The Center for Education Reform has released its “Parent Power Index”, ranking states according to options for family driven education options.
